- Your employees are already generating great business opportunities for your company from their content effortlessly and their online presence clearly reflects how they can help and who.

It’s behaving unethically or promoting a toxic environment, micromanaging and you’re afraid of your employees sharing their voice and speaking up, spoiling your reputation (in this case, I suggest you address your internal issues and fix them first. Hire, fire, and train your leaders accordingly.)
- Your company is paying unfairly or your employees have poor working conditions. You’re worried about them recognizing their worth and moving where they feel appreciated and valued (as in the previous example, take ownership and address these factors first.)
